Partner Development Manager

to join our services team! In this role you will focus on growing revenue for our UK publishers. You'll work closely with the wider Partner Services org, delivering exceptional customer service to all of our partners. In this role you will ensure that Index exceeds our publishers’ expectations, by optimizing their current setup and identifying areas of growth. You should be able to work independently, be proactive, and self-motivated. You'll use your knowledge to explain complex media trading solutions in a straightforward way. As a publisher advocate, you'll resolve client issues, manage expectations, and help foster a culture of learning within the company. Build and influence collaboration with internal peers, across teams such as solutions consulting, buyer development, and product. Here’s What You’ll be Doing: Manage publisher client relationships for Index’s UK accounts across the industry, from traditional publishers to Streaming TV partners. Establish and grow great relationships with senior executives across your book of business, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Find new insights and revenue opportunities to help partners increase their monetization. Drive demand across the publisher portfolio and implement optimization recommendations by working closely with clients. Handle tasks such as monitoring daily performance and creating custom reports. Promote and upsell Index products through understanding client needs, serving as their main point of contact. Address client issues, sharing updates and managing expectations both internally and externally. Look for ways to automate processes to serve publishers more efficiently. Forecast client revenue growth and track progress towards goals and key results. Here's What You Need: Goal-oriented approach to your clients — you are constantly seeking an opportunity to add value, build relationships, and deliver insights that grow revenue both for the partner, and consequently, for Index. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Knowledge of the online advertising industry including technology solutions, advertising/publisher and network business models, understanding of ad serving, media trading, RTB and/or related advertising technology.
