Join the Amazon Partner Organisation (APO) SAP team as a PDM! AWS Partner Development Managers are responsible for developing and promoting AWS Partner Network (APN) partners in specific technology areas and industries to customers and AWS field sellers. They work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute partner go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Key job responsibilities

Build strong leadership connects across SAP to drive a top-down commitment for our joint India business. Leverage your deep SAP domain expertise to devise an India GTM and execute it with field teams on both sides. Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers and close key deals working closely with teams on both sides. Drive scale by conceptualising programs, campaigns and mechanisms that are impactful. Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution. Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience Bachelor's degree Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Know-how and knowledge of business processes enabled by SAP and/or other applications and experience in implementing solutions or selling solutions with ERP. Knowledge and having worked with SAP ecosystem extensively. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements MBA
