Hybrid Work Model . Job Description Position Purpose You’ll be a key operational support role responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of service across multiple Delivery partners we expect to onboard. You’ll work closely with Digital Finance and Procurement teams, being responsible for driving and ensuring operational excellence from the 3rd party delivery partners engaged by Brambles digital: identifying also opportunities for improvement and optimization, maximizing resources and technology deployed. Major Accountabilities Support continuous improvement of methodology, processes & services together with business process owners. Track and monitor performance of projects & services within the digital function especially those that involve 3rd party delivery partners. Co-manage project and process documentation with BD initiative / delivery managers. Review project budgets where delivery is in coordination with a 3rd party delivery partners. Responsible for proper project controlling, billing and reporting and working with Brambles Finance team on engagements with a 3rd party delivery partners. Coordinate activities on both Brambles and the Partner’s side and track with project and initiative leads whether the projects are on schedule. Understand business expectations of the internal teams from Delivery Partners and set KPIs/SLAs as part of contracting process. Assist teams with issue resolution, escalating significant issues as per policy and constantly review escalation plans with Delivery partners. Track and report all negotiated savings and cost avoidance per contract. Provide input to and force the continual improvement of services. Maintain rigour around Business Continuity Planning along with the 3rd party delivery partners. Experience Extensive knowledge of multi-partner/multi-geography IT and Product delivery processes across sectors. Familiarity with products and platforms – Coupa, SAP, Salesforce. Skills Ability to work in a fact-based, hypothesis-driven, focused manner. Initiative, ownership, and outcome orientation. Strong influencing and relationship skills; ability to deliver collaboratively through others. Qualifications University undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent.
