Managing, nurturing and growing a portfolio of strategic partners that drive an indirect sales channel to achieve growth, targets and revenue goals Creating relationships across a network of decision makers within your partners including product, marketing, operations, execs. Leveraging this network to identify opportunities and build success across all areas: GTM, sales, customer acquisition Hosting regular QBRs and business reviews - reporting on partners success and define actionable goals Building campaigns and customer acquisition targets to maximise the lead and conversion potential for the partners in your portfolio Forecasting and tracking partner success against an agreed set of mutual objectives Creating joint business plans with your partners to drive longstanding successful mutually beneficial partnerships Enabling and educating partners to understand the GoCardless proposition Being an advocate for partners, represent the needs of the eco system within GoCardless What excites us
3+ years partner management/ partner development experience or new business/ account management experience in a B2B SaaS environment. A proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably within the payments or fintech space. A strategic thinker who enjoys identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue from partnerships Experience in B2B partner contract negotiation Builds rapport to form longstanding strategic partner relationships You are commercially astute and take a holistic view of the partner strategy when evaluating the impact of your activities.
