Craft compelling value propositions to onboard new selling partners. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities. Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability. Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize customer experience and sales. Educate sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency. Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German (must be fluent, C1 minimum). Strong analytical mindset with intermediate Excel proficiency. Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. Passion for e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses succeed. Customer-centric approach with attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in account management, business development, or consulting. Knowledge of e-commerce or retail industry. Familiarity with databases and SQL.
