Join our clients Global Partner Marketing team as a Partner Marketing Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting their thriving partner ecosystem. By driving co-marketing programs, you’ll help generate demand, enhance brand awareness, and accelerate pipeline growth. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Managers, this role is instrumental in building and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement marketing campaigns and programs to foster partner relationships and support business growth. Collaborate across sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Guide partners in co-marketing activities, ensuring messaging, branding, and execution consistency. Coordinate partner involvement in events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Develop co-marketed assets, including case studies, videos, podcasts, social media content, and more. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in creating co-marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth. Skilled in content creation and public relations. Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and geographies. Experience managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously. Proficient in managing external marketing agencies and evaluating ROI. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Data-driven mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and experimentation. Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
