MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative scale-up company in the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) sector to recruit a highly motivated Partner Sales Lead for their team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a global go-to-market partner strategy while collaborating with industry-leading partners and leveraging cutting-edge conversational AI solutions. You will thrive in this role if you: Have extensive experience in CX, CCaaS, or the contact centre domain, with a strong sales and partner management background. Bring technical expertise in SaaS solutions, particularly within partner ecosystems. Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and manage end-to-end sales cycles, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Have a proactive, results-driven approach, adept at building and nurturing relationships with technology and services partners. What's on offer: A competitive estimated Year 1 OTE of £120,000-£130,000. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
