Your responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution, you'll provide unparalleled support and foster collaborative relationships. With your keen problem-solving skills, you'll address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction long after the sale is made. You'll handle order processing with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless transactions for our valued clients. You'll play a pivotal role in collecting valuable feedback from our clients, helping us continuously improve and enhance their experience. From assisting with trainings to showroom planning, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects. The ideal candidate will: You'll bring previous experience in a similar role, coupled with an excellent telephone manner that leaves a lasting impression. A GCSE or equivalent grade A-C in math and English demonstrates your commitment to excellence in communication and problem-solving. While advantageous, experience in a shared mailbox environment is not essential – we value your ability to adapt and learn in any setting. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (especially Excel), will set you up for success in this role. You're eager to learn, open to new ideas, and thrive in a collaborative team environment where every member's contribution is valued.
