The Role

We are looking for a passionate

Partner Services Executive

to provide best-in-class partner servicing and account management to our commercial partners. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll support the relationship with some of our most important commercial partners. We're looking for someone with second-to-none stakeholder management skills, who understands how to get the best out of a commercial partnership for both parties. Your day-to-day

Proactive relationship management

- you will be across day-to-day activity for our external partners. Establish and maintain impactful partnerships

- you'll be providing a dedicated and consistently high level of service. Uphold operational excellence

- you'll be supporting in the delivery of contractual rights afforded to our partners. Enhance our partnerships

- you will be working with the team to maximize the value of our partner rights and identify and deliver opportunities for them to activate their association with our club. Champion team collaboration

- you'll stay updated and informed with best practices and new methods of working. Provide insightful data analysis

- you will continuously track and deliver post-campaign evaluations on our partners' activations. Please note: The role will require the jobholder to attend meetings and events overseas from time to time and to work on selected match days to ensure client ticketing, hospitality, and activations are managed accordingly. What we are looking for

Proven partner management background

- you come with a track record in providing rights fulfillment account management for/on behalf of brands. Passion for brand marketing

- you have experience managing campaigns across traditional and new media channels (e.g., digital and social media). Champion best practice

- you strive for a best-in-class service while managing, planning, and implementing partnership-related activation programmes. Dynamic communicator

- you are confident in communicating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Courageous team player

- you consistently demonstrate a highly professional and positive attitude to team members and other stakeholders. Exceptional organisational skills

- you're able to work cross-functionally and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail
