As a Partner Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for partner schools and educational organizations, guiding them through implementation and helping them realize the full potential of business offerings. You'll build strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored support that fosters growth and success. What You'll Do:

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with partner schools and institutions Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback Provide training sessions and resource materials for partner staff to ensure effective usage of our client's platforms Collaborate with internal teams to address partner issues and drive improvements in our services Gather and analyze data to identify trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for business growth Champion the voice of the partner within the organization, ensuring our client always meets their needs Participate in events and workshops to promote services and engage with the educational community If you're excited about making a difference in the education sector and love helping partners succeed, we want to hear from you! Requirements

To excel as a Partner Success Specialist, you need:

A degree in education, business, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with diverse stakeholders Experience in customer success, account management, or any role focused on client relations Knowledge of the education sector, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and feedback to drive enhancements Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools A proactive approach and a passion for finding solutions that drive partner success Benefits
