Partner & Team Administrator

to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Summary of the Partner & Team Administrator role Salary:

£37,000 Location:

Full-time (37.5 hours), Monday to Friday Benefits:

Responsibilities of the Partner & Team Administrator Provide a high level of administrative and operational support to partners and team members. Manage calendars, proofread and format documents. Schedule meetings and manage communications. Assist with preparation of invoices and billing operations. Complete CRM reporting and updating. Update technical books, copying and binding tax returns and accounts for clients. Take accurate calls and process information. Requirements for a successful Partner & Team Administrator Previous secretarial and office administration experience at Partner level. Previous experience supporting Partners in an Accountancy practice or similar professional organisation is essential. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. CCH Document Management System experience would be advantageous. Strong organisational skills. Attention to detail. Key skills:

Administration, confident, attention to detail, accuracy, strong communication skills, PC literate, organisational skills, able to multitask, prioritisation, meet deadlines, team player, flexible, proactive.
