The Role: As a Partner, you will playa crucial role in shaping the future of our Court of Protectionpractice. You will lead complex cases, drive strategic initiatives,and nurture the next generation of legal talent within the firm. Thisis an exciting opportunity to enhance your career while making ameaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Manage:

Oversee a diverseportfolio of Court of Protection cases, including property andfinancial affairs, welfare, and contested applications. Client Advisory:

Provide expert legalguidance on all aspects of Court of Protection law, includingdeputyships, LPAs, statutory wills, and mental capacity issues. Mentorship:

Inspire and mentor a talentedteam of solicitors and paralegals, ensuring exceptional client serviceand fostering their professional growth. ClientRelationships:

Build and maintain strong, trustingrelationships with clients, offering empathetic and strategic legaladvice. Business Development:

Play aninstrumental role in expanding our client base and enhancing ourmarket presence through innovative business development initiatives. Collaboration:

Work closely with otherdepartments to provide comprehensive, holistic legal solutions for ourclients. Key Skills andExperience: Extensive Expertise: Significant experience in Court of Protection law, with aproven track record of handling complex and sensitive cases. Relationship Builder:

Exceptional abilityto forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, courtpersonnel, and other professionals. Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with a passion formentoring and developing junior lawyers. CommercialAcumen:

Insightful commercial awareness and a proactiveapproach to contributing to business growth. Excellent Communicator:

Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering clear,concise legal advice. Advocate for VulnerableIndividuals:

A deep commitment to championing the rights andneeds of vulnerable individuals. Qualifications: Professional Credentials:
