The Role:
The successful Solicitor will be managing and growing a caseload involving a range of high value residential conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, and shared ownership.
You will be working in a busy, expanding team within a well-known South West firm and will be committed to offering excellent service to clients at all levels.
Working a varied caseload, you will undertake a broad brush of work for a variety of clients.
The ideal candidate:
You will be a Senior Solicitor or Partner with at least 7 years PQE.
You should be communicative and have the ability to form lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Personable.
Able to work well using your own initiative.
High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
Confidence and interpersonal skills when speaking to clients and colleagues.
