Partnering Stores Manager
with Huws Gray: Build working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer Motivate the team to achieve their targets Make competent commercial decisions in line with Senior Management Ensure the branch is compliant with legislation and company policy Control the stock within the Partnering Store, including maintaining stock records A driving licence and a good knowledge of building materials would be beneficial.
