Partnership Development Manager . Working with our experienced Retail Partnerships team, you'll nurture our relationship with retailers and affiliate networks, optimising their performance on our platform. Collaborating with our marketing and service delivery teams to contribute to the development and promotion of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales and donations for our users and charitable causes. We're looking for candidates who understand affiliate marketing and are confident communicators to build and retain strong relations with retailers. If you're comfortable working in a fun, supportive, and dynamic environment, we're inviting you to be a part of our team and play a significant role in the continued success of our platform. Plus, you'll be playing your part in helping to raise millions for charities and good causes across the UK. This is a full-time role, working under the hybrid policy, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. The salary range is £29,000 to £32,000 based on experience, with a 20% quarterly bonus on successful achievement of targets.
