Partnership Development Manager We have a new opportunity to be part of the Commercial team in the role of Partnership Development Manager to support the continued growth of Aston Martin Aramco’s Commercial Partner Programme. Utilising insightful industry knowledge and research, the successful candidate will support prospective partner outreach and the creation of world class materials that communicate the strength of the Aston Martin Aramco’s commercial proposition. You will be responsible for: Developing leads, creating rights packages and preparing presentations. Supporting the Partner Servicing team in developing and presenting Partnership success stories. Actively contributing to the Team’s research and data analytics strategy. Working across the commercial team to develop case studies on Partnerships to develop and create appropriate analysis and business case arguments to support the sales process. Maintaining and developing skill levels to industry standard and maintaining current and thorough working knowledge of sport sponsorship research and insights and relevant market information and comparisons. Developing and managing the Team’s customer relationship tool to provide efficient and effective solutions for the team. Representing the Team’s interests credibly and capably with internal and external stakeholders. Working proactively, responsibly and professionally at all times within the company’s reporting structure. What you will need to be successful in this role: Possess an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the sports sponsorship market including the full lifecycle of sponsor acquisition (analysing, sourcing, contacting, discovering needs, pitching and closing). Possess a thorough understanding and experience of using analytics and research toolsets. A good amount of industry experience, with previous experience within a sports rights holders or sports marketing agency. Possess first-class organisational and time management skills and be detail orientated and tenacious. Thrive on multi-tasking across numerous on-going projects, whilst working in a fast-paced and busy environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be highly driven and self-motivated, possessing a “can do” team attitude. Ability to think clearly under pressure and work calmly and confidently to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales. Be available to travel as and when required to fulfil the requirements of the role. To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment. Be results orientated and be confident in your decision-making skills. Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to Health & Safety. This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
