As part of our mission to simplify the property journey, we’re seeking a talented Partnership Marketing Executive to expand and manage our strategic partnerships. Key partnerships include accountants, umbrella companies, estate agents, and aligned brands, and this role will also collaborate closely with our B2B sales team to drive joint initiatives and support business objectives

Role Overview:

The Partnership Marketing Executive will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support OneDome’s marketing and business goals. This role is pivotal in building long-term relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Working closely with the B2B sales team, this individual will ensure alignment and support for campaigns that deliver value across both marketing and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with target sectors, including accountants, umbrella companies, estate agents, and similar brands.

• Work closely with the B2B sales team to support partnership-driven sales initiatives, ensuring alignment and leveraging joint campaigns to enhance results.

• Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and content strategies to amplify OneDome’s reach and engagement.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, aligning on shared objectives and fostering collaborative outcomes.

• Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of partnership campaigns, providing insights for optimization.

• Support the drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements that align with OneDome’s strategic priorities.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and identify new partnership opportunities relevant to the property and professional services sectors.

Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a related field (experience in the property or professional services sector is a plus).

• Proven experience in supporting partnership-driven sales initiatives, with a collaborative approach to working alongside B2B sales teams.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including content, email, and social media.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with partners.

• Analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimising campaign performance.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools is beneficial.

• Knowledge of property and professional services sectors, particularly in engaging with accountants, umbrella companies, and estate agents, is advantageous.
