Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Partnership Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities through partnerships. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing initial partner relationships, and setting the foundation for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and target potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals. Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential partners. Qualify leads and assess potential partners’ fit with our business model.

Relationship Building:

Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Schedule and participate in discovery calls to understand potential partners’ needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from prospecting to partnership.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities. Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Follow up on inbound inquiries and referrals, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the Partnership Manager and cross-functional teams to develop tailored partnership proposals. Contribute to the development of strategic outreach campaigns and partner programs.

Performance Reporting:

Report on outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the Partnership Manager(s). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications: Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Previous experience in partnership development or working with channel partners is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
