Partnership Sales Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent £38,000 - £45,000 p.a. Permanent Staff Are you a passionate Sales professional looking for your next role? A dynamic and innovative provider in the telecoms and fibre broadband sector is looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Partnership Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the performance of retail partnerships. This position involves sourcing and on-boarding new partners, optimising their performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and on-board retail partners that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with commercial and company guidelines. Monitor and manage partner performance to maximize sales outcomes, drive profitability, and enhance the product mix. Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for the sales management team to inform decision-making and strategy. Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials, ensuring effective deployment across retail partners. Establish and maintain a strong and resilient pipeline of retail partners to support long-term growth. Mentor and motivate retail partners to foster their success and strengthen relationships. Promote and enhance the brand and culture in all partner engagements. Build strong relationships with third-party sales teams to ensure cohesive collaboration and shared success.

Key Requirements:

Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in partnership or sales roles. Demonstrable experience in driving results and achieving targets in a partnership environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as required for the role. Knowledge of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry is highly desirable.
