You will be working for a multi-award winning legal 500 law firm that continues to grow and invest heavily in their staff. Due to internal promotions, they are now seeking an additional team member to take on the role Partnership Manager to join their Partnerships and Growth team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and cultivating long term relationships. You will work closely with the Regional Director to nurture and maintain strong relationships with key partners, whilst being the interface with the internal operational team and support change and business improvement when required. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the services on offer to increase revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Account Management: Maintain accurate Key Account Management plans with a focus on strengthening relationships and nurturing opportunities to collaborate and grow.
  • Contract Management: Maintain accurate records against key contractual requirements and performance metrics including pricing, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Change Management: Working with internal teams, coordinate partner-driven change efficiently, to agreed timescales and within budget.
  • Audit Oversight: Manage internal due diligence and partner audits to ensure smooth processes and completion of all outputs within agreed timescales.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner interactions and escalations. Maximising opportunities to strengthen relationships across both internally and externally.
  • Reporting: Produce timely and accurate partner management information and commentary, collaborating with Data and IT teams for efficient, accurate and timely reporting.


Person Specification:




  • Proven track record of success in account management within the legal sector or related regulatory environment (banking, estate agency, financial services)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse performance data, market trends, and client feedback to drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Self-driven and results orientated, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel
