As the

Partnerships Manager , you will work closely alongside the Head of Marketing, Head of PR, and the wider Commercial team. This role is required to strategically lead the creation and development of INEOS Automotive's partnership offering. You will manage global partnerships and work closely with regional teams as they develop local level partnerships, reporting into INEOS Group on Automotive assets.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Oversee and lead the development and delivery of all INEOS Automotive partnerships and assets with the support of the Partnerships Specialist.

Increase the database leveraging partnership assets and develop a strategy to keep them engaged towards a future purchase.

Work with INEOS Automotive and the wider INEOS team to integrate a measurable social media strategy related to assets and partnerships, working alongside the social and content team.

Ensure INEOS Automotive and INEOS Group activities and stakeholders are aligned, with clear objectives set for both parties.

Identify partnerships that fit the brand and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match the brand image, increase awareness, and eventually sales.

Work with regional teams to choose affinity partners that are like-minded and have common interests to increase interest and brand awareness.

Lead the Grenadier's involvement with other events and businesses among the wider INEOS Group.

What we are looking for:

Undergraduate degree level education preferred.

4+ years' experience managing a partnership portfolio with a variety of global stakeholders and events. Sport Partnerships experience advantageous.

Project management experience and ability to work towards tight and flexible deadlines.

Budget management experience essential.

Great cultural awareness across different markets.

Analytical and data-oriented.

Knowledge and experience of integrated marketing is essential.

Experience in the automotive sector or similar engineering-led organization is useful but not essential.

Proven ability to work as part of an OEM's partnership development program and demonstrable knowledge to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
