Your Responsibilities

Managing and developing our global network of trusted partners and the portfolio of Member benefits across VistaJet (Private World) and XO. Managing the partner pipeline and campaigns to deliver unique experiences and content for Members and Private World communications channels & PR. Leveraging partnerships to increase loyalty and engagements in existing Members, foster new customer acquisition and increase overall brand visibility. Identify and build revenue generating partnerships across Private Wealth Management, Family Offices, Real Estate and private clubs/communities. Monetization of existing partnerships. Developing sales opportunities in strategic target markets, to generate leads via events, partnerships, and external brand communications via collaborations. Assessing Partner event opportunities and producing a yearly plan to support engagement across all regions. Ensuring ongoing data capture for accurate reporting and follow-ups. Collaborating with Global Events Manager and Global Sponsorships & Talent Manager to drive overall team goals. Leading the Private World partnerships team (Co-ordinators) in achieving the goals set out for the year. Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Occasional weekend work may be required for selected events. Experience working in Partnerships & Marketing position prior. Previous experience working with luxury brands/partners an advantage Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Must be willing to periodically travel for work, including ground and/or air travel. Proficiency in MS suite tools required. Energetic: You are personable, outgoing, and thrive on engaging with multiple stakeholders - both in person and across the organization. Creative: You are comfortable translating brand guidelines into events concepts and partnership activation, and come with fresh ideas on how to build community. Organized: You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, complex Member requests and competing deadlines. Savvy: You are a flexible marketer who is comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including: Salesforce, Social Media Platforms, and Performance and attribution tools.
