Your role is to deliver the strategic partnership, globally, across Google and other key partners that we have an elevated, deep, strategic relationship with. An evergreen relationship across innovation, strategic and commercial initiatives requires a dedicated owner to then work with delivery, our regions around the world to align on the opportunities and to deliver against our elements of partnership. Overview

The Partnerships Manager will be part of the global product team and work into the Europe CEO directly. Strategic partnerships require focus and delivery and this role is to ensure we have all stakeholders on track and aware of the partnership progression. A JBP will guide and cover elements from channel innovation, cloud, adtech, beta’s, strategy and marketing, meaning you will work across a vast spectrum of senior stakeholders in NA, MENA, Europe and APAC as well as with the global team. Responsibilities

Contribute to the construction and delivery of global partnerships, to benefit our clients and regions through innovation, presence, opportunity creation and advanced work in areas such as cloud. Be proactive in taking advantage of global opportunities with our partners and mobilizing the agency around them. Clearly track and visualize the progress to partner goals. Regularly update executive team on partnership progress, challenges and barriers with solutions of how to solve them. High frequency of communication with vendor partner leads and form strong relationships with each of them. Bring together key parts of the org design to deliver and build into our partnerships. Be aware of what's next – positively drive and influence the roadmap of our partnerships. Have a POV on how to develop cloud and AI based solutions. Be in pitches as and when required to do so. Build marketing collateral showcasing our partnerships and the client impact of our work together. Drive fame for our partnerships in creative ways, internally to the agency, to our clients and to our markets. Ensure that all partnerships are contributing positively to the overall growth of the agency, and they are delivering on client needs. Build internal materials to educate, induct and drive the right engagement with our partnerships across all levels, on a regular and frequent basis. Qualifications
