Supporting the Partnerships Team while the Senior Partnerships Product Manager is on maternity leave, you will help maintain and drive forward a successful portfolio of partnerships to achieve growth and meet revenue targets. The role will encompass responsibility for a range of long-standing and valued brands and products, negotiating with and managing external partners, successfully promoting products to customers, and developing additional revenue streams within the business. The Partnerships Manager will ensure that the partnerships and products are commercially viable and appropriate for the audience, while safeguarding customers' interests at all times. Key Tasks/Accountabilities: Supporting the day-to-day management of Member Offers, the Great Savings Guide, Club Shop, E-Gift vouchers and online Classified advertising. Maintaining partnerships, recruiting new partners, and delivering an excellent service to customers that demonstrates the value of their membership of the Club. Implementing marketing plans across various channels, including managing promotional plans/calendars; copywriting; creating briefs for internal and external use; collating and processing amendments; and collating final approval from stakeholders. Analysing KPIs, competitors, and market trends to determine new opportunities. Communicating product developments to the Marketing Team in the form of written product briefs, training and informal presentations. Producing and presenting performance reviews to stakeholders. Maintaining effective communications between partners and Club departments to ensure that product changes are effectively communicated. Supporting customer-facing teams by providing responses to customer queries as required, both orally and in writing. Influencing and supporting marketing campaigns and improving promotions. Supporting the Marketing Team to develop partnerships and projects to achieve member growth and engagement. Working closely with the Commercial Advertising Team and other teams to align partner promotions with business goals. Essential Skills & Experience Required: Relevant experience within B2C marketing. Experience of working and negotiating with partners. Able to gather and interpret data, provide insight and make recommendations. Proactive with the drive and initiative to push projects forward. Literate and numerate, with experience of preparing and producing high-quality written reports. Relevant experience within a travel/leisure organisation preferable. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all levels of business (internally and externally). Able to communicate and tailor messages clearly and effectively to different audiences. Able to work independently as well as part of a small team and work across functions and departments. Strong organisational skills whilst working to tight deadlines and ability to multitask and prioritise. High attention to detail and a thorough ‘can do’ attitude is of paramount importance and able to take personal ownership to resolve issues. Experience and understanding of Google Analytics would also be beneficial.
