In this role, you will be instrumental in accelerating Raylo's growth by unlocking new distribution channels and other strategic distribution partnerships focused on micro businesses and sole traders. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the UK SMB market and proven go-to-market strategies to identify and execute new growth opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact Raylo's market presence in the SMB market, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our partnership initiatives align seamlessly with overall business objectives. What you’ll do… Build and manage a network of UK distribution partners focused on SMB growth - Identify and engage distribution partners that align with Raylo's Business strategy, and produce engaging presentations and sales materials - Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner channels that can deliver long-term scale Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing to align sales strategies with overall business goals - Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business objectives - Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across our direct and partnership channels - Collaborate with our Product, Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure partner strategies are embedded in our roadmaps Who You Are Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional:

With 5+ years in the UK micro business market, you have a deep understanding of distributing software, insurance, banking or other financial services via diverse partner channels. Strategic Visionary:

Your background in the SMB market equips you with a valuable network of potential prospects and partners and has provided you with the insights required to navigate complex relationships and drive high-value partnerships. Sharp:

With a degree from a top university, you bring analytical rigour and data-driven thinking to prioritise and optimise opportunities. Self-Starter:

With experience in project management within high-growth environments, you are capable of taking initiative and making things happen independently. Great Communicator:

You’re able to communicate complex solutions to varying levels of non-technical stakeholders clearly. Passionate About Circularity:
