We are a market-defining business on a mission to make renting easier, faster and fairer. We will only do that with an exceptional team, a market-leading product and an amazing customer experience. About the Role

Analysis & Strategy : Identify trends and opportunities within the letting agency sector. Develop strategies to enhance partnerships, drive engagement, and increase usage of Zero Deposit products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging, support, and partnership initiatives. Act as a liaison between partners and Zero Deposit teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the National Sales Director. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance partner engagement and product usage.

Budget Management : Manage the budget for partnership development initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

About You

Experience : 3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management, preferably in the property or financial services sectors. Proven Success : Track record of successfully building and managing partnerships that drive engagement and revenue growth. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
