Partnerships Marketing Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, your focus will be: To plan, execute, and optimise marketing activities focused on driving value and engagement through our partnerships – both commercial, financial and media. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives, brand alignment, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: The Partnerships Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the business. To achieve this, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute: co-branded marketing campaigns, including email, digital, events, and content marketing. Campaigns focused on acquiring, converting and retaining customers in the UK & Europe. Partner Relations:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for partnerships marketing, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Content Development:

Create, edit, and adapt content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and partner platforms. Event Support:

Coordinate joint events, webinars, and trade shows with partners, managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up. Performance Tracking:

Analyse and optimise partnership and media campaign performance to improve lead generation and conversion rates. You will use data and analytics to track the effectiveness of your campaigns and make adjustments as needed to improve performance. Brand Alignment:

Ensure all partner-facing materials are consistent with our brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Market Research:

Identify new partnership opportunities and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends. Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, product, partnerships and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns. You will work closely with these teams to ensure that your campaigns are aligned with their goals and that they have the resources they need to convert leads into customers. Budget Management:

Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI. You will be responsible for managing the budget for your campaigns and ensuring that you are getting the best possible return on investment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or partnerships role. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines. Passion for partnerships, relationship building, and creating win-win solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B marketing, FinTech, or technology sectors. Experience with HubSpot. Familiarity with event planning and execution. Understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
