Join us as our Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager and play a key role in transforming the lives of children and young people with complex neurological disabilities. We will provide extensive support, and training, as well as opportunities for career progression. What you’ll be doing: Help shape ambitious targets and strategies. Secure financial and in-kind support from corporate partners and major donors. Build a robust pipeline of corporate and major donor prospects. Identify new opportunities through research and networking. Cultivate and manage relationships with business leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate partners. Lead high-profile events and create memorable experiences that deepen donor engagement. What you bring to the table: Skills and Experience: A track record of securing high-value donations and managing six-figure income targets. Experience of managing a six-figure income target and developing fundraising strategies and plans. Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience creating innovative fundraising strategies and bespoke stewardship plans. An entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results. Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, which will be recompensated. Other useful skills and experience: Member of the Institute of Fundraising. Working with a CRM database.
