In this key role, you'll provide parts solutions to a range of customers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll build relationships, manage inventory, and contribute to the smooth running of the parts department. Your Role Will Include:
Assisting customers by phone, email, and face-to-face with parts enquiries. Identifying, sourcing, and providing the correct parts. Collaborating with service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability. Managing stock levels, picking and packing orders, and organising deliveries. Building long-lasting relationships with customers to support repeat business. What You'll Bring to the Role:
Previous experience in a parts role within the HGV, Plant Machinery, Agricultural or the automotive industry. A proactive and confident approach to customer interactions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment. Familiarity with inventory management and standard IT systems.
