We are looking for a Parts Business Development Manager for a full-time, permanent role in the Leicester/Peterborough area. Main Duties and Responsibilities Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner Development of increasing both the sales and recognition of the brand in the respective areas covered Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment Person Specification Prior knowledge of the automotive industry. Have a good understanding of the sales process and success in closing the sale Computer literate (word, excel, CRM and outlook). Approachable. Good clear telephone manner. Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Use of EPC’s Employee Benefits Company Car. Bonus Payment. Increased holiday entitlement with length of service. Recruitment incentive awards.
