Parts Sales Advisor
to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. Derby , we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate: Parts look up experience High level of customer service skills Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal Main duties will be: We require a Parts Sales Advisor who can provide a thorough service to our customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customers' vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning. Drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products. Undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners. Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements. Understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods. Enjoy your time as a
