£29,000 per annum 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays! About the Role:

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be a pivotal part of the Parts Sales Team, driving our retail aftermarket sales growth and achieving sales and purchase targets using a targeted and driven sales-focused approach. You will be visiting existing and prospective clients face-to-face within the Deeside & North Wales area to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: Accelerate retail aftermarket sales growth through proactive engagement with customers and achieving sales and purchase targets. Develop Conquest Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities from our existing customer base and develop new conquest customers. Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and sustain excellent customer relationships to meet the demands and expectations of our customers and franchise partners. Sales and Delivery: Ensure a consistent and highly commercial approach to parts sales and delivery across the region. Support Counter Sales: Play an active role in supporting and driving front and back counter sales. Face-to-Face Engagement: Conduct face-to-face visits with existing and prospective clients to develop meaningful business relationships. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Experience within a parts sales role and familiarity with a Main Dealership is advantageous, though not essential as training will be provided. Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Industry is beneficial. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a good understanding of competitors. Be motivated, sales and target-driven with a self-starter attitude. Proficiency in IT and good analytical skills. Have a well-organised approach to work and adaptability to changing priorities. Communicate effectively with various target groups including customers, depot managers, franchise partners, and suppliers. Hold a full and current UK driving licence.
