Overview West London JaguarHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am - 12:30pm on a rota basis paid as overtimeSalary: £31,000 basic + £4,500 OTE bonus (uncapped)Are you a Parts Advisor/ Supervisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place, here at West London we are on the hunt for a Parts Supervisor.This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our West London Parts department. In this role you will report into Stephen who is our Parts Manager and has an abundance of Lookers experience to show you the ropes.As a Parts Supervisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock. Assisting the Parts Manager and your team with various daily dutiesCompleting Vehicle health checks for the workshopEnsuring all items are correctly located and stock control Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to dateAttending queries from customers whilst providing the most excellent customer service and careYou will have previous experience gained in a similar role. Ideally, we’re looking for an existing Parts Supervisor/Advisor to come and join the Volvo family here however, if you’re from a Service Advisor background we would still love to hear from you!You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
