We are looking for a Pastoral Assistant to work with and develop students, academically, socially and morally to have increased success in the mainstream classroom environment. An inclusive PRU in Enfield are seeking a dedicated Learning Pastoral Assistant to work across multiple subjects, enhancing learning and fostering positive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support across various subjects. Deliver tailored interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement. Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual students. Build trusting relationships with students to encourage academic and emotional development. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and developing resilience. Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience working with students with behavioural challenges or in alternative provisions is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and patient approach. A commitment to inclusive education and fostering student growth. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and varied learning environment.
