Pastoral Care and Respite Manager

to manage the Pastoral Care and Administration of the Respite service, and support the growth of the developing respite service. Pastoral Care Duties Act as the face of Henshaws, managing communications with parents and other external professionals. Make professional contributions to Education, Health and Care Plan reviews. Set up and manage service level agreements with Parents/Carers, College Lead, Principal, and Director of Care and Health Services. Determine and manage measures of satisfaction, and evaluate with Parents/Carers, ensuring performance meets the expected standards of delivery. Produce performance statistics and report to the leadership team. Respite Duties Manage growth of the service, liaising with different departments as necessary. Work with the College Leadership team to coordinate assessments for day and overnight stays. Draft and issue Contracts. Conduct final pre-stay check with Parents/Carers one week in advance to confirm. Produce performance statistics for reporting to the College Senior Leadership Team, Governors, and Trustees. Salary:

£14.14 per hour / £27,205.36 per annum Hours:

Wednesday 15th January 2025 Requirements Educated to Level 3 or above. Higher Level qualification in Management or Administration is desirable. Experience of dealing with customer dissatisfaction. Driving License, or access to a vehicle for business use.
