We seek an individual to work alongside the Ministry Team as the Pastoral Care Coordinator within the Lower Earn Network (Abernethy, Aberdalgie & Forteviot, Dunbarney & Forgandenny). You will manage the range and quality of pastoral care and work alongside us with a God-given passion for compassionate care for others and a desire to bring God’s presence, comfort, strength, and hope to anyone in need. As the Pastoral Care Coordinator, you are expected to be actively involved in the life of the congregations. While there is no requirement for the individual to live in the parish, it is expected that their activities will take place within the geographical bounds of the Lower Earn Network. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator with Turning Point Scotland where no two days are the same! This frontline management role will include: Being responsible for both directly undertaking initial and ongoing assessments of people we support and overseeing team members to do so. Providing informal and formal support, feedback, induction, engagement period reviews, appraisal, and supervision to staff. Devising, reviewing, and updating support plans, recording events and observations, and keeping appropriate records as required in the service both directly and managing staff to do so. Providing leadership to staff to support people in accordance with their support plan, the principles of citizenship, and maintaining records correctly. Assisting the service manager to prepare information and the service for inspections/audits or similar and contributing to these processes. About You

The North East Recovery Hub is a one-stop shop which offers a full range of drug and alcohol treatment and support services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Worker based at Chestnut Wynd, our house for young people. Situated in West Granton, our purpose-built house provides a safe and nurturing home for up to five young people aged 15-21. As part of a team, you will work closely with the young people we live alongside to provide the daily care and support they need and the advice and guidance to manage their health and wellbeing, independent learning, and living skills, education, and training needs. This role involves a shift pattern over a six-week rota and therefore requires weekend working and sleep-ins.
