Experience of working with aged 11-18 students in an educational environment. An understanding of curriculum pathways, learning, behaviour and disciplinary strategies. A positive role model with a commitment to the ethos and educational values of the school. Experience of working with external agencies to support students’ wellbeing and welfare. Good organisational and time management skills with evidence of ability to manage own workload and work independently.
