Pastoral Manager

to join secondary schools in Lincoln, ensuring that students receive the guidance and support they need to thrive. Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for student welfare and pastoral care within the school. Provide emotional and social support to students, fostering a safe and inclusive school environment. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs. Monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, implementing intervention strategies as required. Promote positive relationships and respect across the school community. Qualifications:

Experience working in a pastoral or student support role within an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families. A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting student wellbeing. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures. What We Offer:
