Pastoral Support Worker/ Internal Exclusion Lead – South Manchester Secondary School A South Manchester Secondary School is seeking a motivated and committed Pastoral Support Worker/ Internal Exclusion Lead to work as a member of the Pastoral Team, run the school's Internal Exclusion room, and lead on some behaviour data. About the Role: The Pastoral Support Worker/ Internal Exclusion Lead will be responsible for improving the behaviour of students by providing a proactive approach and immediate response to any behavioural issues, providing parents with daily email and telephone communications regarding their child’s behaviour, updating and maintaining student records via the school's MIS, and working in partnership with senior members of staff to improve student behaviour, attendance, and punctuality.
