Be able to build relationships with students. Be a good role model, nurturing and patient. Have previous experience of supporting behaviour to learning. Be able to work as part of a team, be flexible where needed. Work under own initiative and manage time effectively. Possess a successful record of working with children in a support or pastoral role. Experience within a U.K based setting. Enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service. Be able to provide references for last 2 years of employment. Learned strategies on how to encourage good behaviour and positive learning.
