The Pastoral Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our school's aims and objectives, working closely with our Leadership Team to ensure students make outstanding progress by removing barriers to learning. This role requires: Providing first-line support to students on pastoral issues. Offering achievement, attendance, behavioral, and educational support to students. Establishing a strategic link between our school and other agencies, as well as parents and carers. We're a mixed, non-denominational academy school and sixth form centre for students aged 11-18. We have approximately 1,800 students and are based in Holbrook, Coventry. Our motto is 'Building Brighter Futures', reflecting our commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. We have a 'no barriers' ethos, encouraging pupils from diverse backgrounds and abilities to work hard and reach their goals.
