Pastoral Support Manager
| Immediate start | Islington | £140 a day starting rate | Long term position We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our client as a Pastoral Support Manager. A background in supporting students with behaviour, pastoral care, safeguarding, and attendance monitoring is highly desirable. As their Pastoral Support Manager, you will work with each student, giving them a feeling of increased self-esteem through individualised support programmes. You will be able to identify obstacles to personal progress and help pupils overcome these. Responsibilities:
Term time only (39 weeks a year) 30am – 4.30pm Long term Pastoral Support Manager Starting rate of £140 per day Ofsted: Good with Outstanding features school Part of a learning partnership that offers exceptional opportunities for professional development Situated in Islington – Great Northern and Northern lines within walking distance Well run school housed in a modern building – supportive SLT Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with parent/carer liaison Provide personalised support and intervention to students who have learning and behavioural needs ASAP interview and immediate start – those with notice periods cannot be considered Next Steps:
