Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a Pastoral Year Lead with responsibility for Transition who is passionate about the value of education and pastoral care and is committed to making a positive difference in our community. We require a Pastoral Year Lead who wants to be a champion and role model for our students and is dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities for them by maintaining high expectations. You will have the ability and drive to inspire and encourage students to be the best they can be and achieve their highest potential. A successful Pastoral Year Lead is passionate about removing barriers to learning by working with the student, parents/carers, the team, and external agencies in relation to attendance, conduct, personal development, and well-being. We are also looking for a professional who works collaboratively and supportively as a significant part of a large and successful pastoral team and has the drive to make a difference to students.
