Job Title: Vulnerability & Patching Lead Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid Type: Permanent Excellent opportunity to work with a globally known FS enterprise, helping to spearhead their Vulnerability/Patching strategy. Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for streamlining and harmonizing our client's Patching processes, encompassing both on-premise and off-premise Patching, as well as tracking. You will utilize established best practices to enhance agility as a crucial component of the Digital Transformation process. This involves providing efficient service management by establishing and implementing a governance practice that employs KPIs and metrics to monitor and assess service quality. You will collaborate with the CTO and Infrastructure team to formulate a comprehensive global strategy for infrastructure, creating resilient and replicable processes while staying updated on the latest technological advancements. The goal is to proactively maintain or surpass service levels in alignment with UK standards and meet service level agreements with crucial stakeholders and vendors. Cyber/Defence umbrella

to ensure governance compliance. Building enduring, repeatable patching processes that allow the group to report status and progress to meet current and future demands. Demonstrated strong background in Unix or Windows. Experience with automation frameworks at an enterprise level. Familiarity with product sets that operate on Enterprise OS Platforms, such as Database, Middleware, and Java. Understanding of risk management frameworks. Prior experience in a service-oriented company.
