Job summary To provide effective management of the Departments human resources, ensuring all staff are developed, and deployed in the most efficient way, including recruitment, CPD, and IPR. Main duties of the job Responsible for leading, planning and coordinating a high-quality Pathology service and its associated Clinical services for the Isle of Man. As the senior leader for Pathology, you'll set the strategic direction and oversee the operational management of the department. Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused, and cost-effective service.
