We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellence in the following areas: Teaching students with SEND, A strong commitment to inclusion, Understanding of pedagogy for different groups of children with SEND, Communication with children and young people, staff, families, and our wider community, Leading others so that all team members deliver high-quality outcomes for all students.
