Patient Advisor team
for 15-20 hours per week. Your main duties will include: Manning our busy switchboard Booking appointments Signposting patients Dealing with requests for assistance from patients, GPs, and other medical staff Full training will be given. You should possess good written and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, an unflappable nature, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in the NHS and/or customer service would be a bonus! The hours for this role will be discussed at the interview, and it will require occasional weekend support. Job Type:
