We are seeking a reliable and organized Patient Booker to join our team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the booking of appointments and contacting patients by telephone to confirm and agree on appointment times. General administrative duties will also be required.
Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities:
Contacting patients by phone to confirm or schedule appointments
Updating and maintaining patient appointment records in our system
Answering any patient queries related to appointments or services
Managing and coordinating appointment calendars
Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Ensuring all patient information is kept accurate and confidential
Supporting the wider team with any administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable
Ability to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
