Job Summary The Patient Booking Administrator will be responsible for scheduling appointments across our Panthera Clinics and ensuring efficient, timely, and patient-focused service is provided at all times, while meeting the clinical needs of the patients in accordance with the current Panthera timelines. As a Patient Booking Administrator, you will complete all non-patient activities to ensure that the patient journey is engaging and flexible, fitting the needs of the patient and requirements of the ongoing studies. This role will work alongside clinical colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, playing an integral part in the patient experience team by proactively managing our patients in line with the needs and expectations of clients. There may be a requirement to work across local Panthera sites as needed. Role and Responsibilities: Make high volume outbound calls to potential patients using a provided call list or leads database. Manage central phone line and inbox for patient queries, comments, and complaints. Maximise diary capacity to agreed utilisation of clinical teams on site, including diary blocking for annual leave, training, and meetings. Confirm patients in clinic for all sites and work to reduce the “did not attend” rate. Contact and report for patients who “did not attend” appointments. Arrange and support patients with Video Chat appointments. Support clinical teams with admin preparation for clinical visits. Assist site teams in the setup and management of clinical trials. Respond promptly to requests for information to support the Panthera Senior Team as required. Demonstrate experience in a similar or relevant capacity. Exhibit strong organisational and planning skills to maintain a busy and diverse work schedule. Ability to multi-task and work well within a high-paced environment. Possess excellent communication skills. Adopt a proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously. Proficient with computer skills, such as MS Office. Be highly credible and presentable to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Experience in ensuring Data Protection compliance related to marketing and special categories of personal information. Build key relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, clients, and patients.
