We are looking for someone who can: - Be the first point of contact for patients, general practitioners, and optometrists throughout the referral process - Regularly liaise with primary, community, and secondary care providers using a mix of telephone and online e-referral, NHS and in-house IT systems - Process referrals - Book patients' appointments using the booking system - Perform ad hoc administration duties as necessary - Work effectively and efficiently to the CHEC standards Person Specification
